How your microwave is hurting you!

All microwaves leak electro-magnetic radiation, harms food, and converts substances in it to dangerous organ- toxic carcinogenic- (any substance or agent that tends to produce a cancer) products. My family has never used microwaves, and finding this information has made me happy we haven't. When I would be at a friends house and I would eat microwaved foods I noticed I would get headaches, be light headed and ect. I no longer will eat any microwaved foods. Carcinogenics were formed in virtually all foods tested... meats, milk, cereal grains, frozen fruits, and any form of vegetables. Also it decreased food value of 60 to 90% in all foods tested. There was a decresed bioavalibility of vitamin B complex, vitamin C, vitaminE, essential minerals and lipotropic factors in all foods tested. Stay away from HFCS... I have looked up alot of information on it, and it is not good. Do not be fooled by the commercials on TV. HFCS is in everything. In a study published in June 2008 Journel of Nutrition, researchers reported that increased consumption of HFCS doubled the subjects' lipogenesis- that is, their ability to make fat- when compared to glucose. In addition, the HFCS led to higher levels of triglycerides, a blood fat that is an independent risk factor for heart disease. These findings confirmed other research along the same lines. I absolutely will never eat anything with HFCS ever!
